Missing Netia.....

Netia was my favorite cousin.

If I ever had a sister it would've been her. She was amazing!
She passed away 10 years ago today, she had Lupus.
We were  to be tested to see I could have given her a kidney.
She passed way about 2 weeks before the appointment and exactly 2 weeks after my birthday.
I think of her often and miss her like it just happened.
She always told me, I could do better than I ever thought I could and constantly reminded me why I shouldn't settle. Why eat crumbs from the floor when there is a whole cake on the table? I really miss her, so it's become my mission to succeed for the both of us.
She inspires me to keep digging.
